Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Bilingual Construction Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in Escondido. This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented and can handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support in a construction setting.

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of prior experience in an administrative role in the construction industry
  • Basic to intermediate level of Excell skills
  • Providing administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating project timelines.
  • Maintaining and organizing project documentation and files to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with communication between construction managers, contractors, and clients, both in English and Spanish.
  • Handling correspondence, preparing reports, and drafting emails as required by the team.
  • Coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for ongoing projects.
  • Monitoring and updating project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Supporting the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Previous administrative experience in a construction or related industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday6:30am - 3pm

Pay Range:

$22 - $25 per hour
